The way in which the pairing process works is that if you are a junior you fill out a questionnaire which will ask you various information about academics, college, etc. I will then work with you to match you with a mentor that best suits your interests! My goal is to make sure you find someone who had similar academic focuses while also making sure that they are able to help you in the areas that you want to focus on.
